Now that you're here, the place seems surreal. Here you stand, ready to summon a demon from another realm into your service, with others who are about to do the same. There's something about the air that feels both ominous and magical as if you crossed some vale when you passed through the trees...

That's when you notice not all of the people here are human.

You definitely recognize some of the demons walking around, laughing and drinking and generally having a good time.

There is one disgruntled demon sitting behind a small card table, who looks as if this is the worst night of their life.

You walk up to the demon, and you start to wonder if that was a good idea. Their eyes glow red and their fur is starkly black even against the night. They almost look like a solid shadow. Their claws and horns seem a little more corporeal than the rest of them, and both seem sharp enough to rip through you easily.

They look up at you, sighing. "Have you signed the book yet?" They shove a thick, ancient tome at you then toss you a ball-point pen which you just barely catch. "Sign the book. Can't make a contract without signing the book."
