It has been two weeks, and you have been diligent in your reading. Your demon has been watching you on and off this entire time. You've noticed their examination of you and your reading habits, but nothing about their expression or body language has given anything away. You wonder if they're impressed or if they have similar taste in books as you do. Perhaps, once you've won your contract, you can sit down and have a real chat with them about it...

But, for now, you need to collect your points. You've been keeping track of all the pages and books and challenges you've completed, and now it's time to enter the circle once more and present your work to your demon.

What happens next??

The woman who took your coat is chatting with her demons (she seems to have quite a few), and you walk up to her. Politely, you interrupt their conversation and ask what to do next.

She smiles and points to the grumpy demon. "Go over and talk to him! He has another form for you to sign and he'll take your spreadsheet."

 

You look over to the demon, who has his head in his hand and huffing out of boredom. He definitely looks less intimidating now that you've gotten used to having demons around. Now, he just looks like a shadowy teddy bear with horns.

 

The woman pats your shoulder. "We'll have a closing ceremony in a little bit. Just hang tight until we can get things in order! Oh, also, I recommend grabbing your coat and things before the ceremony begins." She winks. "It'll be rather cold after that."
